Mainstreaming Excellence
The Requirement
Policy Developers, Board Representatives, Chief Executive Officers, Managing Directors, Departmental Heads/Supervisors, Gender and Disability Officers, and Human Resource Development and Education institutions are now required to demonstrate tangible Gender Awareness and Disability Accessibility best practices within their institutions.
The Strategy
Success is achieved by setting clear mainstreaming targets, implementing policy reforms, and securing budgetary allocations towards Gender and Disability Mainstreaming under MDAs (Ministries, Departments, and Agencies).
